About CLFNA

The Casa Linda Forest Neighborhood Association (CLFNA) focuses on issues relating to beautification, safety, neighborhood awareness and communication, believing that an attractive, healthy neighborhood increases property values, supports existing businesses, and attracts new homeowners.

Annual dues fund distribution of the CLFNA newsletter; beautification projects; voice mail line (214-967-5076); and specific neighborhood and crime-watch activities. While membership is voluntary, to vote on CLFNA issues and utilize CLFNA Email you must be a current paid member. Membership is only $10 per household per year.

All residents are encouraged to attend neighborhood activities and the yearly association meeting and members are welcome to attend the quarterly board meetings.

CLFNA encompasses approximately 440 residences in East Dallas.

Our boundaries are Buckner to the northeast, Lakeland to the southwest, Ferguson to the southeast and bounded by the train tracks to the northwest. CLFNA is composed of 5 major subdivisions of Casa Linda Forest, Lindenwood Park, Sherwood Glen Estates, Buckner Blvd Estates, Westglen Park, and a funny one house subdivision called the Slovacek Addition. CLFNA totals approximately 440 single family homes for the most part built in the 1950's and 1960's.
